9th Circuit restricts court access, evaluating oral argument calendar

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals restricted access to its courts, suspended acceptance of paper briefs and provided for time extensions and pro se pleadings by email in a notice Tuesday outlining precautionary measures in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
