LA DA race most likely a runoff

Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey is almost certainly facing a runoff in November against one of her challengers, former San Francisco District Attorney George Gascon, as counted ballot results Wednesday indicated she would not hold a 50.1% majority vote.
