Hospitals likely to face protective gear lawsuits, attorneys say
Harry Nelson, a Los Angeles partner at Nelson Hardiman, predicted courts will “absolutely see some of those claims asserted,” and health systems are “at serious risk if they didn’t adequately protect their staff.”
