Withers hires new founder practice leader

Doug Mandell worked in the past as general counsel for LinkedIn and Nauto Inc., and he worked as a personal legal advisor in Silicon Valley.

Withers welcomed Doug Mandell to its San Francisco office as a senior partner and global head of its founder practice.

He joined Withers from Mandell Law Group PC, a firm he founded nearly two decades ago.

Mandell also served as general counsel for LinkedIn and Nauto Inc., and he worked as a personal legal advisor in Silicon Valley.
