Santa Clara County Superior Court adds a new commissioner

Rebeca M. Esquival-Pedroza was sworn in Monday as a Santa Clara County Superior Court commissioner after judges appointed the longtime family court facilitator’s office attorney to the job.

Rebeca M. Esquival-Pedroza was sworn in Monday afternoon as a Santa Clara County Superior Court commissioner after judges appointed the longtime family court facilitator's office attorney to the job.

She replaces longtime Commissioner Gregory H. Saldivar, who served on the bench since 1990.

Judges appointed Esquivel-Pedroza to the bench at their February meeting.
