Attorneys seeking state prisoner releases must refile, panel says

Seventeen state inmates have tested positive for the virus, with no deaths so far, the prisons department stated Monday.

Attorneys seeking to force early prisoner releases because of the coronavirus pledged Monday they would quickly refile their motion after it was rejected without prejudice over the weekend.
