National bar exam materials will be available in September

The National Conference of Bar Examiners said it would make exam materials available for tests from Sept. 9-10 and Sept. 30-Oct. 1. But California’s Committee of Bar Examiners has not announced a decision about holding or postponing the July exam.

States may choose mid- or late-September to hold a postponed July bar exam, the National Conference of Bar Examiners announced.
