First California law school gets denial of GI benefits letter

A letter to Monterey College of Law from the Department of Veterans Affairs, affirms that veterans attending non-ABA accredited law schools will not be eligible for education benefits under the GI Bill unless the school maintains a 75% bar passage rate among its graduates.
