Private equity lawyer C. Todd Boes has joined O'Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in its San Francisco office, becoming the fifth addition to the firm's corporate group in recent months. Boes, who joined O'Melveny from Ropes & Gray LLP, specializes in mergers and acquisitions and other direct investments by private equity sponsors.
