US judge postpones Theranos trial until October

SAN JOSE -- Given uncertainty around court operations and public safety caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the criminal trial of Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes will be delayed until at least Oct. 27, a federal judge in San Jose said Wednesday.
