US judge denies bid for release of more state prisoners
Judge Jon S. Tigar wrote in a Friday order the virus is clearly a threat to prisoners, and the state is obligated to try to keep them safe. But he also said the “numerous and significant measures” the agency has taken must be allowed to play out.
