Final arguments in misconduct case against appellate justice set

The link to the proceedings will be posted on the Commission on Judicial Performance website 15 minutes before the hearing starts at 1:30p.m. on May 7.

Final arguments in the sexual misconduct case against state appellate Justice Jeffrey Johnson will begin May 7 in a Supreme Court hearing room that will be closed to the press and public, but will be live-streamed, the Commission on Judicial Performance announced Monday.
