Travelers asks US court to dismiss state suit over coronavirus business loss claims

The federal complaint seeks to knock out suits filed by Los Angeles attorney Mark Geragos on behalf of his own properties and his clients. Harmeet K. Dhillon of Dhillon Law Group in San Francisco represents Geragos and other clients in the cases.

Travelers Insurance has asked for a declaratory judgment against state court lawsuits filed by two prominent California attorneys arguing the company should pay business loss claims arising from the coronavirus.
