Former Assistant U.S. Attorney sworn in as magistrate judge for Central District

Patricia A. Donahue has been appointed U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Central District.

Longtime federal prosecutor Patricia A. Donahue has been appointed a U.S. magistrate judge for the Central District of California.

She succeeds Frederick F. Mumm, who retired.

Donahue was sworn in Monday, and will preside over a docket in the court's Western Division in Los Angeles.
