Commission on Judicial Performance elects new leadership
Superior Court Judge Michael Harper succeeds Burlingame attorney Nanci Nishimura of Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy LLP as chairman.
Trinity County Superior Court Judge Michael Harper was named chair of the Commission on Judicial Performance, the body announced Monday, while Michael Moodian, a Chapman University education professor, was named vice-chairman.
