Oil workers file more lawsuits against Plains All American
With their class action hopes dashed for now and no indication they will receive restitution in the Santa Barbara criminal case, 90 plaintiffs filed new complaints to keep the litigation alive.





Members of a previously decertified class of oil workers filed more lawsuits against Plains All American Pipeline, saying its mishandling of a massive oil spill in Santa Barbara in 2015 resulted in the closure of seven oil platforms and ultimately caused 500 workers to lose their jobs.
