Monterey County judge issues temporary restraining order to halt dining at Tuck Box restaurant.

The restaurateur argues public health objectives in Monterey County have been met and there is no longer a crisis requiring continued restrictions.

A Monterey County judge ordered a Carmel restaurateur to cease dine-in services Thursday pending trial on charges he violated county and state shelter-in-place directives.
