Pacific Coast University School of Law in Long Beach risks losing its State Bar accreditation because it has not maintained a 40% minimum cumulative bar examination pass rate for the past five years.
During a hearing with the Committee of Bar Examiners on Friday, Dean F. Miguel Valenti acknowledged the school's low bar passage rate, while also asking for an extension on the final decision until the fall of 2021.
