In-n-Out sues Zurich American for denying business interruption coverage

In-n-Out has offered takeout and delivery since in-person dining was banned in California. The hamburger chain says it continues to suffer from the closures and other pandemic-related losses.

In-n-Out Burgers sued to force Zurich American Insurance Co. to pay business interruption coverage, joining dozens of restaurants and other businesses trying to collect on polices following government shutdown orders.
