National bar exam firm to offer remote emergency tests

How the news will affect California test-takers may be known this week as the state Supreme Court is expected to give guidance to the State Bar.

The National Conference of Bar Examiners will offer remote emergency testing for the bar exam in October if state bars can't offer in-person exams due to the coronavirus, the company announced.
