State Supreme Court considers postponing bar exam to October

The court said Wednesday it would consider moving the exam to October 5-6 from September 9-10, depending on the bar’s assessment of the First-Year Law Students online examination, the so-called “baby bar,” on June 23.

The California Supreme Court is considering postponing the bar exam once again, according to a letter it sent to the State Bar's Board of Trustees this week.

The court said Wednesday it would consider moving the exam to October 5-6 from September 9-10, depending on the bar's assessment of the First-Year Law Students online examination, the so-called "baby bar," on June 23.
