Woolsey Fire plaintiffs say state has stalled investigation report
Saying they are frustrated by months of delays, the attorneys filed a motion Wednesday to enforce subpoenas on the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and the Ventura County Fire Protection District, the agencies investigating the fire.
State Attorney General Xavier Becerra can no longer use his criminal probe or the Covid-19 stay-at-home orders as an excuse not to make public an unredacted report on the cause of a devastating Ventura County wildfire, plaintiffs' lawyers said in a motion this week.
