Woolsey Fire plaintiffs say state has stalled investigation report
Saying they are frustrated by months of delays, the attorneys filed a motion Wednesday to enforce subpoenas on the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and the Ventura County Fire Protection District, the agencies investigating the fire.
