California police chiefs want to decertify officers with histories of misconduct
Law enforcement agencies were also urged Thursday to develop a system for tracking resigning officers who are under investigation or are set to be terminated. And the association said it supports mandating the attorney general’s office investigate deadly force incidents if requested by a local agency.
