Former 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Chief Judge Alex Kozinski's first argument as an advocate was a success, as a three-judge panel revived a copyright infringement lawsuit claiming the Academy Award-winning film, "The Shape of Water," infringed the copyright of a play by borrowing key plot elements from it.
