Judge Claudia Wilken will near latest lawsuit against NCAA
U.S. District Judge Claudia Wilken will oversee a newly-filed antitrust case accusing NCAA of illegally restricting student-athletes' rights to profit off of their name, image and likeness, the federal judge ruled Tuesday.

Wilken has handled previous antitrust lawsuits against the NCAA. She found the association illegally restricted players' rights in both cases.
