
Sally Meloch
After a 20-year career as an assistant U.S. attorney, Sally Meloch was known as one of the most successful criminal prosecutors the Central District of California has ever seen. Many of those who worked with her, including current federal judges, said she made them better lawyers.
Meloch, who served on the Los Angeles County Superior Court from 2010 to 2016, died June 16 after her second battle with cancer. She was 58.
