Santa Clara County dispute about defender’s blog is over

Following whistleblower complaint, there appears to be no bad blood between prosecutors and alternate public defenders.

Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeffrey Rosen this week withdrew a whistleblower complaint he filed nine days earlier against a defense attorney whose blog posts he said threatened his prosecutors.
