Former FTC attorney and federal prosecutor join Jones Day

Former Federal Trade Commission attorney Lin W. Kahn and Robert S. Huie, the erstwhile assistant U.S. attorney and deputy chief of major frauds and public corporation section, are joining Jones Day in California.

Former Federal Trade Commission attorney Lin W. Kahn and Robert S. Huie, the erstwhile assistant U.S. attorney and deputy chief of major frauds and public corporation section, are joining Jones Day in California.

Kahn joined Jones Day's antitrust practice as partner June 18 in San Francisco, while Huie will join the firm's investigations and white collar defense practice as of counsel in San Diego on Monday.
