ICE rule on international students sends law deans scrambling
In its statement Monday, ICE said students in the U.S. on F-1 or M-1 visas, enrolled in schools that offer a combination of in-person and online classes, can continue their studies if the school certifies that the program is not entirely online and that the student is attending some in-person classes.




The federal announcement that international students could be forced to return home if they are not personally attending classes has sent California law school deans scrambling to figure out solutions and possible legal challenges to the decision.
