Last San Franciscan on death row gets possibility of parole in resenting deal

District Attorney Chesa Boudin agreed to the deal and said his office will not seek the death penalty for any case it prosecutes.

The only San Francisco inmate on California's death row had his sentence reduced to life in prison with the possibility of parole Tuesday in a plea deal with prosecutors.
