Lawsuit claims wrongful death in Sacramento man’s arrest

A civil rights lawsuit filed in the Eastern District of California alleges wrongful death and excessive police force in arrest of man in Sacramento.

The family of a man who died after being detained by Sacramento police filed a civil rights lawsuit claiming excessive use of force including alleged kneeling on his neck for 4 1/2 minutes.
