Pricewaterhouse Coopers is seeking millions of dollars in sanctions against the City of Los Angeles over alleged discovery abuses related to the Department of Water And Power litigation, according to a motion filed in superior court.

The company's legal counsel, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, said it has incurred about $8 million in costs as a result of "stonewalling" and "false and misleading testimony" by the city attorney's office ...
