PwC seeks millions of dollars in sanctions against City of Los Angeles
At the heart of the motion are tens of thousands of documents Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP said it tried to pry from the city over a period of three years.
Pricewaterhouse Coopers is seeking millions of dollars in sanctions against the City of Los Angeles over alleged discovery abuses related to the Department of Water And Power litigation, according to a motion filed in superior court.
The company's legal counsel, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, said it has incurred about $8 million in costs as a result of "stonewalling" and "false and misleading testimony" by the city attorney's office ...
