Attorney helps pro per litigant win appeal of county court procedure

The Sacramento County Court pro per coordinator had a level of discretion more appropriate to a judicial officer, the appellate panel found.

With the help of an attorney, a pro per litigant bested the Sacramento County Superior Court in an appellate review of how it treats those appearing without counsel.
