With an online bar exam, graduates worry about technical difficulties

“We are prepared to issue an FAQ to help folks understand what the exam will be like, what those challenges are and what issues with the internet connection are,” said Interim State Bar Director Donna Hershkowitz.

Even if the state Supreme Court announces today that the bar exam will be held this fall, graduates continue to worry about the disparate impacts an online exam could have on some of them.

"We expect an announcement this week," the court's public information officer, Cathal Conneely, said in an email on Tuesday.
