Historic changes in State Bar exam leave few entirely happy
“The court recognizes that postponement of the bar examination may impact employment prospects, delay incomes, and otherwise impair the livelihoods of persons who recently have graduated from law school,” the justices said.




There were few full-throated approvals of the state Supreme Court's long-awaited plan for the summer bar exam, and the court itself acknowledged the problems created by a delay until October would not be entirely solved by online testing, a lower cut score and temporary licensure for graduates who haven't passed.
