The latest challenge to a five-year, 40 million-square-foot warehouse project in Riverside County asks a judge to set the plan aside on the grounds that it allegedly continues to violate state environmental laws.
The city where the warehouse is being built says mitigation measures would offset all greenhouse gas emissions referred to in the lawsuit, announced Monday by a collective of environmental groups.
