Resigned LA counsel has his own and dissolved company bankruptcies joined

The city of Los Angeles, a creditor in both bankruptcy proceedings, moved for the cases to be jointly administered, arguing there were intertwining issues.

Two bankruptcy cases involving an attorney who resigned as counsel for the city of Los Angeles amid conflict of interest questions have been transferred to one judge.
