$17M for bank employee in termination case

A state appellate panel awarded a U.S. Bank employee $17 million, a reduction from the $24 million a jury originally granted the employee for his claims of defamation, wrongful termination, and a breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing against the company.
