Lawyers in LA water bill case accuse other of harassment

The attorneys have been at odds since Brian Kabateck of Kabateck LLP entered the litigation over a year ago, tasked with investigating whether ratepayers were given a fair settlement in a case now related to an FBI investigation.

The former and present class counsel for Los Angeles water ratepayers are accusing each other of harassment and one has now asked for a restraining order.
