MoFo denies it violated ethical duties to ex-client in divorce
Morrison & Foerster denied claims Monday it violated its ethical duties to former client and technology entrepreneur Allison Huynh by allegedly assisting her husband, a Google cofounder, to scheme her out of hundreds of millions of dollars in divorce proceedings.




Morrison & Foerster denied claims Monday it violated its ethical duties to former client and technology entrepreneur Allison Huynh by allegedly assisting her husband, a Google cofounder, to scheme her out of hundreds of millions of dollars in divorce proceedings.
A firm spokesperson rejected the allegations made in a lawsuit. "We will address them in the proper forum," a statement read.
