ACLU sues Pomona police, claiming violations of law the group sponsored
The complaint, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on July 31, argues the officers involved in three shootings were illegally trained to follow policies that were designed to circumvent Assembly Bill 392, known as the California Act to Save Lives.
