District attorney’s husband faces misdemeanor firearm assault charges
David Allan Lacey, who brandished his gun at activists that rang his doorbell and demanded to speak to District Attorney Jackie Lacey in the early morning hours of March 2 now faces three misdemeanor charges filed by the California Attorney General. Arraignment scheduled for Aug. 13 at Los Angeles County Superior Court.
