Creditor objects to bankruptcy proceedings being stayed for LA criminal probe

The U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California, who is conducting a criminal probe into the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, is seeking to halt two Arizona bankruptcy proceedings involving a former private counsel to the city, , arguing it would help protect the sensitivity of the federal investigation.
