Federal Arbitration has officially launched an advisory board Wednesday with multidistrict litigation experts, former Article III judges to share their experiences with academia and the judiciary within the growing MDL sphere in federal practice




Federal Arbitration officially launched a multidistrict litigation advisory board Wednesday.
The board will include several retired judges Vaughn Walker, the former chief judge of the Northern District of California, and David F. Levi, the former chief judge of the Eastern District. Deborah Hensler, a professor at Stanford Law School, and Jeremy Fogel, a former trial judge in the Northern District, also are on the board.
