Class action alleges Lime scooters have caused injuries nationwide
The negligence lawsuit, filed Wednesday by Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Torrijos LLP and McGee Lerer & Associates, said while the scooters were marketed as a cheap and environmentally sustainable product, there have been glaring safety oversights.





A class action filed in San Francisco Superior Court against e-scooter company Neutron Holdings Inc., makers of Lime bikes, argues poorly manufactured and technologically vulnerable rental bikes have led to a rash of injuries nationwide.
