Muslim fighting prosecutors on surveillance is indicted

Abdallah Osseily was already facing federal charges for bank and immigration fraud. Federal prosecutors Thursday filed papers seeking to forfeit his bond in that case.

A Lebanese Muslim immigrant who has carried out a public effort to force the U.S. government to admit it was spying on him was arrested on a 54-count indictment accusing him of using discount codes to buy merchandise for resale.
