OC courts to resume civil jury trials in 8 days
Orange County Superior Court to resume civil jury trials for certain cases, including aged cases, or those with preference plaintiffs, on Sept. 1
The Orange County Superior Court plans to resume civil jury trials in eight days, it announced Friday.
"Effective Sept. 1, the court will implement a process to select cases to commence civil jury trials," the announcement said.
