City, state sued over three deaths from beach cliff collapse

Athea Trial Lawyers has filed a lawsuit on behalf of three women killed by an eroded coastal bluff in an Encinitas beach last year. The wrongful death, negligence complaint names the state of California, city of Encinitas, Seabreeze Management Co. and a homeowners association as defendants.

Families of three women crushed by tons of rubble after a cliff collapsed last year at a beach sued the city of Encinitas and state of California on Wednesday.
