After 13 years on LA court, judge joins ADR Services
Feffer, who was a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge until Monday, when she retired, recalled one week during her civil trial assignment at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles, during which she worked with three different juries.
