Judge tells defendant to get another attorney

Ventura County Superior Court Judge Vincent J. O'Neill declared a second mistrial in the commercial eviction case and ordered defense attorney Daniel J. Bramzon escorted from his courtroom after finding him in contempt.

A Ventura County judge declared a mistrial Tuesday and ordered a defendant in a commercial eviction case to find a new lawyer in a dispute the attorney claims is about inadequate COVID-19 health and safety measures but opposing counsel says is a tactical maneuver.
